Well, today was in total contrast to yesterday! I woke up late, skipped the gym, ate poorly and binge watched Rick & Morty. Did a little bit of read through editing for MIDNIGHT HANDS but otherwise wasted much of the day! I don’t feel too bad about it, because you need those days every now and again… so long as they’re not habit.
