Only about 350 new words today, because the majority of effort was spent grafting the old denouement onto the finished climax and tidying up the major notes I’d left along the way. (This was all for the third installment of HUNTING MIDNIGHT, which is technically Episode Two, because the first episode is broken into two parts for reasons that are a bit arbitrary and I still have to address.

Point is, it’s done! Still a pile of editing left, but I like to let a project sit and cool for a bit and give my brain a chance to gear shift out of ‘write’ mode, as ‘edit’ mode requires a different toolkit, etc.

Along those lines, it is probably time to sink back into the fantasy side of things and dress CHILDSEEKER up, get its cover commissioned and look to ship it. All the while, lining up the first bits of CHILLCRAFTERS and keeping the HUNTING MIDNIGHT installments rolling. The next one might motor faster since I wrote bunch of forest and vine scenes that may be used, may not.
