But before that, I did a good chunk of editing on the first three chapters of THE CHILDSEEKER’S WAR, with the intent of getting it all polished and shiny for shipment. A month ago or so, my intent was to print the whole thing out and read it and give a good proper edit. That’s still a good idea but the desire to SHIP and not worry about the spit shine is what I know I need to test first.
That said, I did find a particularly troublesome run of expositional paragraphs in chap 3 that I will hopefully fix tomorrow.
Then I went out with some friends and we ended up at a random house party where the living room was pumped full of smoke machine mist and red lights. It was ridiculous and amazing.
