I drank many amber pints after work. Every Friday, the office has bit of a social gathering, you see. I’m a little too buzzed to dig in and write it seems.

My goal over the weekend is to get my cover illustration brief(s) put together. The priority is on HUNTING MIDNIGHT, but if I can get CHILDSEEKER going too, that’d be lovely.

I’m spending something in the vicinity of $300 for both of these. There’s debate around spending money on things like this (specifically when your revenue from self-publishing is nil), buy my gut says that the cover is the wisest place to invest at this stage. A pro cover does worlds for optics and perception.

Also, I’m excited to see the finished product in print, via CreateSpace. A sloppy cover simply will not do.
