Keying into Climaxes

With an action sequence plotted out in nice, poignant bullet points, adding the meat to the bones is quite the fun task.

So much so that I was able to ease into about 1,440 words with little stoppage, finding the “old” character voices quickly; slotting back into the story was like riding a bike. Always an excellent sign, and I feel confident that I’ll be able to get this one into critiquing position within a week, assuming I keep up with the pace.

New Years shenanigans loom, but there is no wild rager on my radar. Christmastime came with enough bodily punishment, so says Sober Me, Right Now 😉

Some other things that happened today included:

  • Chatting about a friend’s title that will be up on this site before long
  • Planning on how to take the non-fiction content of this site/platform to the next level
  • Dressed up The Childseeker’s War’s page to include read links and a better cover photo (or did I do that yesterday? Hm)
